Fraxel Large Area

I first came to this place last year to inquire about laser hair removal on my face and legs. I got tired of frequent shaving, plucking, and waxing. I've even tried creams, lotions, and hair removal devices that claimed to keep hair off unwanted places, but nothing worked. After meeting with Fei Bi, I was still skeptical because nothing worked before. I thought he was just a smooth talking salesman. My hate for hair on my problem areas outweighted my skepticisim so I decided to give it a try. I purchased the package with 6 treatments, but saw results after the 2nd treatment. I was extremely happy after all my treatments were done, no more ingrown hairs on my legs....Whooo Hoooo!

I was so happy with the results so I decided to go back for the pigmentations on my face, I think it's called Melasma. He recommended a laser treatment called Fraxel. I had my first treatment last week. My face looked a little sunburned right after the treatment which is normal, then darkened little by little on day 2 and 3. by the 4th and the 5th day the old skin started peeling off and by the 6th day my face was clear and smooth.

I had a follow up visit today and I appreciate the concern he has for his clients. He seems to genuinely care about his clients. His staff is nice and friendly as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone that want to improve or enhance the look and texture of their skin, whether it be facial or body. I wish I would've found out about this place years ago. I received great service through Skin Perfect Brothers. I had gotten a bonus at work and decided to go to a dermatologist to see what could be done about some scarring and the texture of my face. She recommended Fraxel treatment, but for three treatments it would've been well over three thousand dollars. I could never afford it so I started calling around. Most places were quoting around that price or similar but Skin Perfect Brothers was way more reasonable. They were always so friendly with me and they give you text reminders and care instructions before your appointment. The first time I went and they told me I'd experience some pain with the treatment, I almost decided not to do it. They still followed up with me and asked how my service was and because they were so nice, I went ahead with it. They numb you beforehand and the pain is honestly completely manageable. Take some pain relief before you go in for it and you will be fine. They ask you how you are doing throughout the treatment and if you need a break. The treatment doesn't take long. Another thing I was worried about is the aftercare. I felt like I had a slight sunburn on the way home, but by the time I got home I felt no discomfort. I followed their care instructions and stayed out of the sun. My face didn't hurt at all and wasn't even red by the third day. Last week I tried their fraxel laser. A few days before someone from the clinic called me to remind me of my appointment, I received a text reminding me of my appointment, and an e-mail reminding me of my appointment / pre & post care information (they really are on top of making sure you don't miss your appointment! Lol). The girl working in the front was really sweet and made me feel at ease. She sat me down and placed numbing cream on my face & I waited around 45 minutes for it to take soak in. Afterwards one of the physicians (?), performed the fraxel on my face. She was so sweet! Kept double checking for pain, made sure I was cool enough with the ice packets, just overall a really kind doctor (?). After the laser, she slapped on a mask and provided some ice packs for my face. After around 20 minutes I was good to go. She packed me some ice packs for my drive home and the leftover serum from the mask for me to use the next night.

Overall I had a great experience. I purchased a package deal of 3 fraxels. It took me around 1 week to recover so I will most likely do my second session in the fall (when I have time). They accept care credit which allows you to pay in payments. Skin perfect is a medical clinic so they offer a bunch of other medical procedures. I wanted to update my review and show pictures of my progress. Everytime I walk in this place I receive a warm welcome. It really feels like they're here to take care of me. It's been so hard trying to live a normal life with all the scars on my chest, but after a few sessions of fraxel and micropen injections at skin perfect brothers I don't have to worry about what I wear as much anymore. I have been coming to Skin Perfect Brothers for almost 3 years now for acne treatments, acne scarring, and removal of sun spots. My acne, scarring and sun spots have improved.
