I have just done my 5th Spectra D laser treatment at Skin Perfect Brothers, and I really love it. My skin is brighter and smoother, and it cures my acne. Before I started the treatment here, I have done numerous researches and visited a few Med spa places. I decided to go here right after my consultation because the staffs are professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and concerns about my skin problem. They explicitly compared different laser treatments and explained what fits my skin the most. All the nurses there are great, and the office manager, Rosa is awesome. I have a very bad case of melasma which caused a lot of discoloration on my cheeks and forehead. I am on my 4th treatment of Spectra and the spots have already faded by about 50%. I have severe melasma about 1 1/2 year old and was totally at a desperation of not knowing what to do. After trying numerous hydroquinone products, and having no results, I finally decided to go for a consultation and began the laser spectra treatment. I saw immediate results after the third treatment with the dark spot. The spots began to lighten up and so was my mood. I faithfully went for the spectra once every 2 weeks and after 25 sessions, I have a clear face with almost all the dark spot removed. I swear by spectra and now, I am only maintaining the condition by going once every 3 weeks. I can sincerely tell you that this treatment is extremely effective and it is worth every penny. No skin products will help to remove melasma , only laser will give you the results.

My acne was constant all through high school and a couple years into college. Spectra laser with charcoal was amazing for clearing my acne. However, because I had active acne on and off for years, the pigmentation was really deep and spectra did little to lighten up the color. One year ago, I had Fraxel done for the first time, which is the picture to the left (my face is shiny because I had the Fraxel numbing cream on). The treatment was painful but bearable. My downtime was 5-7 days. I had the coffee-ground spots all over, minimal swelling, redness, and peeled-all that is predicted to happen. In the 4 months following, I saw so much improvement! I was getting compliments on my skin well after I was done heeling from the procedure. I saw about 30-40% difference. About 6 months ago I did my second Fraxel treatment. My downtime was the same and I saw even more lightening of the spots and my face is the smoothest it's ever been, in terms of texture. The picture to the right was taken last week. It's crazy to see because I have no makeup on in the after photo. A year ago, I was wearing foundation and concealer every day, now I only wear a thin layer of NARS All Day Luminous Foundation (which is lightweight, great for combination acne-prone, oily skin-if anyone is wondering).
