Our Key Functional Tests
Each test is chosen to answer specific questions about your health. Here's what they measure and why it matters.
General Wellness Lab
What it reveals: Your body's basic operating systems and overall health snapshot
A foundational blood panel that evaluates key aspects of your general health, including blood cell counts, metabolic balance, organ function (liver and kidneys), lipid levels, blood sugar control, and early signs of inflammation. It's an ideal starting point for most clients to identify broad patterns and rule out underlying issues before diving into more specialized testing.
technical: CBC, CMP, Lipid Profile, HbA1c, hs-CRP, eGFR, Liver Enzymes
Male & Female Hormone Panel
What it reveals: Your body's basic operating systems
This targeted panel measures key sex hormones and their binding proteins to assess balance, production, and availability in the body. For men, it focuses on testosterone levels and related markers; for women, it includes estrogen, progesterone, and androgen profiles. It helps uncover imbalances that may contribute to low energy, mood changes, libido issues, body composition shifts, or reproductive symptoms — guiding precise hormone optimization or BHRT.
technical: Total & free testosterone, Estradiol, Progesterone, SHBG, DHEA-S, FSH/LH
Multisystem Panel
What it reveals: How multiple body systems interact and function together
This in-depth panel evaluates interconnected systems often affected by stress, metabolism, and hormones. It assesses thyroid activity, adrenal cortisol patterns, insulin sensitivity, growth hormone/IGF-1, and several inflammatory markers. It's especially useful for fatigue, weight challenges, mood instability, or suspected thyroid/adrenal/metabolic overlap.
technical: TSH, free T3/T4, reverse T3, Cortisol, Fasting insulin, IGF-1, hs-CRP
DUTCH Hormone Test
What it reveals: How your body produces, activates, and clears hormones over a full day
The DUTCH (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) is an advanced urine-based test that provides a detailed 24-hour picture of hormone metabolism. It measures sex hormones, adrenal hormones (cortisol and cortisone patterns), their metabolites, and additional markers like melatonin and oxidative stress. Unlike standard blood tests, it shows how your body processes hormones — helping identify imbalances in production, detoxification, or clearance that affect energy, mood, sleep, weight, and stress resilience.
technical: Estrogen metabolites (2-OH, 4-OH, 16-OH), Progesterone metabolites, Testosterone metabolites, Free & metabolized cortisol, melatonin, 8-OHdG
CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring)
What it reveals: Your real-time metabolic and inflammatory responses
A small wearable sensor tracks your blood glucose levels every few minutes for 1–2 weeks. It shows exactly how food, stress, sleep, exercise, and daily habits affect your blood sugar and insulin response — even if you don't have diabetes. This provides powerful insights into metabolic health, energy crashes, inflammation patterns, and fat-burning efficiency, helping personalize nutrition, timing, and lifestyle changes for better energy, weight management, and hormone support.
technical: Interstitial glucose readings, Glucose variability, Glycemic variability index, AUC
Microbiome Analysis
What it reveals: The balance and diversity of your gut ecosystem
This stool-based test analyzes the trillions of bacteria, fungi, and other microbes in your gut. It measures bacterial diversity, beneficial vs. harmful species, pathogens, digestive function markers, inflammation signals, and short-chain fatty acid production. A healthy, diverse microbiome supports digestion, immunity, mood, hormone balance, and metabolism — imbalances can contribute to bloating, fatigue, inflammation, or poor treatment response.
technical: Bacterial genera/species, Diversity indices, Pathogenic bacteria, Calprotectin, Zonulin, Short-chain fatty acids
How We Use Your Results
How Testing Fits Into Your Program
Your labs inform every decision — from choosing testosterone vs. HCG/Clomid, adding peptides or GLP-1/Tirzepatide, to customizing supportive injections and lifestyle recommendations. We re-test every 3–4 months to track progress, adjust your plan, and ensure sustained results. All testing is medically supervised and explained clearly so you understand exactly what’s happening in your body.
